While we have been visiting Ecuador we have been on a quest to find the best cup of coffee. Ecuadorian coffee is a treat. We have visited many cafés and Topoli stands out as one of the best. In addition to great coffee, they offer traditional Ecuadoran fare as well as waffles and pastries. It is a family-run business of 35 years. The current manager, Omid, is fluent in English and very helpful. Their location is on a busy street corner and the seating allows you to enjoy a great meal with great people watching. We highly recommend Tipoli if you are visiting Loja.
