First, create your Thrift Marketplace Account and wait for the activation email. We have streamlined this process for your convenience. Before accessing your seller account panel, follow these steps to list your products for sale or donation:

1. Snap Quality Photos

• Take multiple photos of your items from different angles. Shoppers appreciate seeing the product from various perspectives.

2. Provide a Detailed Description

• Include the brand and product name, as these are what shoppers typically search for.

3. Price Fairly

• Research similar listings to gauge a fair price for your items.

Remember, there is no intermediary in Thrift Marketplace. You are legally responsible for the items you list. The arrangements for payment and delivery are solely between you and the buyer. Thrift Marketplace does not involve itself in claims regarding authenticity, value, pricing, or transactions.

Our role is to provide a platform for you to sell your goods. However, if there are reports of rule violations or abuse, your account will be deactivated immediately, and you will not be able to create a new one.

1. Listing Guidelines:

• To ensure the safety and satisfaction of all users, Thrift Marketplace has established the following guidelines for listing goods. Compliance with these rules is mandatory for publication.

2. Listing Duration:

• Listings shall remain active for two months. Upon expiration, listings will automatically deactivate unless renewed. In select free categories, listings may be extended beyond two months to enhance visibility.

3. Daily Listing Limit:

• Users are permitted to list a maximum of 10 products within each main category per day. Users seeking to list more than this limit must upgrade to a Premium User account.

4. Geographic Restrictions:

• Listings are currently limited to products located within the city limits of Loja. Additional cities may be added in the future.

5. Product Specification:

• Each listing must pertain to a singular type of product or service. Modifications to contact information or category are prohibited after publication.

6. Non-compliance:

• Listings that do not adhere to these terms may be denied publication or removed post-publication at the discretion of Thrift Marketplace.

Thrift Marketplace made it as easy as possible for you! if you are a local business owner, you can create an account, and we will set up your business profile free of charge. For the first three months, you can introduce your products and services to our user community without incurring any fees.

1. Business Logo Image File:

• This can be a personal image for individuals. The file format should be PNG and should be a circular image without a background, with dimensions of 150 x 150 pixels.

2. Profile Header Image File:

• This image will be displayed in the profile header section and can be in PNG or JPG format, with dimensions of 1920 x 360 pixels.

3. Service Images:

• Provide at least three images related to the services you wish to display in your profile. These images can be in PNG or JPG format, with dimensions of 480 x 250 pixels.

Note: Do not worry about the quality and dimensions of your images. Send us what you have, and we will adjust them to the appropriate dimensions and format as per the instructions above.

4. Business Title and Abstract (Header Section):

• A title and abstract text, with a maximum of 200 characters, will be used to introduce your business in the header section.

5. Business Title and Abstract (Overview Section):

• A title and abstract text, with a maximum of 400 characters, will be used to introduce your business in the introduction section.

6. Contact Information:

• Please include your exact address, email, and WhatsApp contact number.

7. Service/Product Descriptions:

• Provide at least three titles and summary texts to introduce your services or products, to be displayed at the end of your profile. These summaries should be at least 150 characters each. If you have additional specifications about your services, please send them as well, and we will upload your content and reference them through these banners.

8. Additional Information:

• These are the minimum requirements to create your profile. If you can share a more detailed description of your services, additional images or PDF files related to your business, and links to your social media accounts, we will upload this information for you. You will have full access to edit the uploaded content or add new content through your user panel.
